Upper Day

I'm so freaking sore still from Friday that I decided to do an upper day to give my legs a rest!!

Weightlifting:
5x5 Shoulder Press (65lbs)

Metcon - 3 Rounds:
7 Push ups (From box)
7 Strict Pull ups (skinny band)
14 KB Swings (35lbs)

My time: 7:10

Food: Primal Plan today has some good shit!
