Fight Gone Bad

I was feeling lazy today after going to get adjusted but decided to come in anyway to do the workout. Glad I did, now I can go home and relax! Since this normally gets anyone pretty gassed, I decided to strategize and get 75 reps per round so I could rest more in between. I wanted to do 20 wall balls, 20 sumos, 15 step ups, 20 push press, and rest on the row. I got to all the numbers and actually found that I had more energy during the push press to get 25 reps in, so I did. I ended up doing 80 reps for the first 2 rounds and 76 on the last.
