Snatch, Burpee

The workout felt good today... I did bent rows instead of snatch technique work, which the rest of the class did. The WOD was fun, the plank burpees are still as taxing as regular burpees, surprisingly! My row times were :44, :46, :46 and my pace was 1:51 each time which is great for me. Core stuff was hard as usual, cause you completely lose your core when pregnant! Overall, good workout  :)

Weightlifting: Bent Row 5x10  (55lbs)

WOD - 5 Min AMRAP:
1 Kettlebell Snatch Each Arm  (35lbs)
10 Burpees (scale plank burpees)

Conditioning - 3 Sets:
200m Sprint Row, Equal rest in between

Core: 3x10 Knee Raises on Dip Station

Food: Banana and Maple Almond Butter!! That's my jam today, mmmm
