Push up, Hip Ext, Dip

Worked out with the hubster today. Started with some weightlifting and then did a short little AMRAP after. Feeling tired again today. Yesterday I was nonstop so today I feel like I'm just dragging. The workout was very slow and unmotivating. I guess days like this are gonna come and I just gotta roll with it!

Weightlifting: 5x3 Push Press (85lbs)

10 Min AMRAP:

10 Push ups (on box)
15 GHD Hip Extensions
5 Dips (on box)

I did 5 rounds.

Food: Danny made me some grilled grouper with spinach and squash for lunch. Can't wait to grub on that!
