deadlift, row, squat

Today was a good workout. My mother in law actually helped my come up with an "alteration" of sumo deadlifts instead of conventional.... My belly is getting in the way!! Weight felt good, I've been doing what I feel is too much ab stuff, so I decided to do ring rows instead of toes to bar, which is what was programmed for the class. 

Weightlifting:
Back Squat  5x3  (75lbs)

Conditioning:
10m Ladder of
DeadLift (123lbs) 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, etc…
Ring Rows    2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, etc…

Score is total completed rounds = 7  (+8 DL  :D )

Food: Chicken Vaca Frita with Avocado. Yum!!
