Snatch, Box Jump, Push up, Wall Ball

I was gonna work out with my husband today and push the prowler, but he sold me out! Instead, two of our coaches were gonna do a short little workout so I jumped in. It was our Oly coach Rachel's first time doing a CrossFit workout so we made it short:

8 Min AMRAP:
10 KB Snatches (26lbs)
10 Box Jumps (I did step ups)
10 Push ups
10 Wall Balls (14lbs)

I did 3rds + 30 reps. Probably should have done more after but my shoulder has been hurting me due to constantly sleeping on my left side at night. It sucks! I went to get adjusted, got grastoned, and hopefully I will be feeling better tomorrow. Maybe I'll still lift tomorrow instead of taking the day off and just avoid doing any overhead.
