Quick Workout

Story of my life! I had to squeeze in something fast today because I forgot I switched schedules with one of our coaches. I had a personal session that gave me 30 min in between my class to warm up and workout FAST!

Metcon - 3 Rounds:
3 Power Cleans (I used 35lb Dumbbells)
12 Kettlebell Swings (35lbs)
13 Box Jumps (I did step ups)

took me 8:07. This wod was supposed to be with 120lbs on the cleans and 53lb kettlebell, with a 2 rep max lifting session before the workout... I would have LOVED to do that cause the cleans would have challenged me!! The dumbbells felt whatever, I'm not really a fan of dumbbell cleans.

Food: Went to Sakaya Kitchen and got some ginger brussel sprouts, orange ribs and coconut rice. YUM!!
