Saturday Yoga

Took the yoga class today. It was actually really good cause she used a lot of hip openers, loosened up the back and hamstrings, and did a some core stuff too. It wasn't too much for me (which sometimes it can be now) in terms of twisting, poses I can't do, etc.


I still wanna try some prenatal yoga at the place I've been doing my baby classes. The doula there says that the difference is in the postures they have you do that can be used to help progress labor, move the baby into the right position, etc. Regular yoga class just doesn't do that so it's worth a shot!
