KB Swing, Pull up, Russian Twist

Workout felt good today. This is the first time I've ever done incline bench (not a fan of bench press, personally) but it felt good. I started the workout with knees to elbows, but the sexy callus' on my hands were getting super irritated and I didn't want to tear, so I switched to Russian Twists. Overall good, short workout. Plank holds were 1 Min each and they are getting hard!!

Weightlifting: 
Incline Bench  5x3  (65lbs)

Conditioning:
12, 9, 6, 3 reps of:
KB Swing (35lbs)
Pull Ups
Russian Twists

Time - 8somehting

Accessory:
3x Max Plank Holds

Food: Rainforest smoothie, Garlic Eggs, Honey Mustard Salmon with a big ass salad!
