2 Metcons

So much for just lifting... I couldn't figure out exactly what I wanted to do so I went online and found this on the CrossFit Endurance site. I scaled the movements and weight to work for me:

5 Rounds:
3 Deadlifts (125lbs)
5 Strict Dumbbell Press (30lbs)
7 Ring Rows
9 Weighted Lunges (30lbs)

8:something was my time. I decided that was too short since I did a short one yesterday so I added an endurance workout afterwards:

Calorie Row, Double Unders
3 Min of each, for calories/reps
2 Min of each, for calories/reps
1 Min of each, for calories/reps

Total Calories: 90 Total Double Unders: 164

My double unders SUCKED! I had these crappy sneakers that I had to wear without socks, and they have a higher heel/more cushion than I ever wear. The rope kept getting caught on them but also, my arms were toast from the row, presses, and ring rows. Overall glad I did this today. Now for my recovery shake!
