5 Min AMRAP x3

This was an awesome wod to start the week after a nice relaxing weekend. Worked out with the class and did everything RX (which was easy). Glad that I can still RX some stuff!!

5 Min AMRAP:

5 Front Squats (65lbs)
6 Burpees (Scaled to plank burpees)
7 KB Swings (35lbs)
2 Min Rest, Repeat for 3 sets, Max Reps

Score: 167 RX

Accessory: 3x10 GHD Hip Extension

Food: Cilantro Chicken Salad and Tomato Soup!
