Headache waaaah

Today I had a major headache that started late last night and never went away... still have it. ugh. Didn't really feel like working out but I did anyway and just took it slow. The only thing that really bothered me were the Push Presses.

Weightlifting: 8x5 Push Press every 30 seconds (55lbs)

WOD - 3 Min Each:
Parallette Push ups (instead of ring dips)
Weighted Step ups (30lbs), instead of box jumps
Knees to Elbows
Push Press (45lbs)

Score was total reps for all stations. I got 147.

Food: Normal Primal Plan stuff. Ate frozen yogurt over the weekend and I think that's what gave me the headache... who knows. I need to stop giving in to these cravings on the weekends :/
