Hang Power Clean, Double Unders, Run

Today was a lazy day. Worked out by myself at home which I hate doing but I felt good after. I found this awesome video which now I plan to do myself!

Here was my workout:

Warm Up - 2 Sets:
10 Shoulder Press (45lbs)

Squat Clean + Push Press (2+2), 65lbs


WOD - 3 Rounds, Not for Time:
7 Hang Power Cleans (65lbs)

14 Double Unders
400m Run

I'm gonna try to be more consistent with my workouts this week. Last week was nuts!
