Olympic Weightlifting

Snatch - 
3x3 (35lbs)
3x3 (45lbs)

worked technique since my husband told me I looked like crap the other day  :/  It's Ok though cause I know I have to start over. Felt good and he said I looked good today w/ light weight.

Hang Power Clean + Front Squat -
3x3, 1+2 (55lbs)

Chin up Skill Work (could only do 6 with a skinny red band)

GHD - 
3x10 weighted Hip Ext (18lbs)
4x5 Sit ups

Good little workout during the Goal Setting Seminar.

My goal: To be better than I was yesterday  :)
