Power Clean, Pull up, Broad Jump

Weightlifting:
Find a heavy Clean and Jerk (20 Min)  
Warmed up to about 100lbs. That's the most I've done so far over my head and it felt pretty good!

Conditioning - 12 Min AMRAP:
10 Power Cleans (65lbs)
10 Pull ups
5 Broad Jumps (6ft)

4+5 reps RX

Good workout!
