Holy Grip Strength

Taught all night tonight so I worked out early in the morning:

Buy in/800m Farmers Carry, 70lbs (Holy shit)
then 5 Rounds:
8 Deadlifts (115)
6 Burpees (scaled to plank burpees - basically you just don't bring your chest to the floor)
20 Double Unders
Cash Out/800m Farmers Carry, 70lbs (Holy shit x2)

This was brutal on my grip and forearms. The 5 rounds felt like nothing compared to those farmers carries! Overall felt great during the wod though.

Food: craved a salad with garbanzo beans and italian dressing from whole foods and an egg salad.
