Did this with the class.. short but definitely had me on the floor gasping for air after!

10 Burpees
10 KB Swings
5 Wall Ball Shots (14lbs)
*Increase Wall Ball by 5 reps every round
Score 2+10 reps. sucky, I know.I'm blaming it on my devil horns and lack of sleep.
