Wow.
That's probably gonna be how I start most of my posts for a while! Today I realized just how much of your core is involved when doing double unders. Man, I am rusty!
Metcon - 5 rds for time of:
15 Walking Lunge with BB (35lbs)
30 Double-unders
* Each round change BB from back/front rack starting with front
Humbling moments: barely being able to lift my legs for the rope, having wobbly legs and struggling to stand from the lunges :/

I noticed you started this blog around your 11th week of pregnancy. Did you alter your workouts as soon as you found out you were pregnant? Were you extra careful during the first trimester? I found out the owner of my box didn't let a girl there work out during her 1st trimester. I assume he's just scared. I have been CFing for a year now and am trying to get pregnant but don't want to stop working out. That's why I have so many questions! THANKS!! :)
