

Did pregnant "Nasty Girls" today haha. I had the option of using dumbbells for the hang cleans or a barbell, which if the barbell is light enough is no big deal to bring around my belly. Thing is, I know that's not the way I should be doing cleans (reverse barbell curl, gross) so I was kinda torn. I hate dumbbell cleans though, ugh... Also, I subbed muscle ups for pull ups. So my Nasty Girls wod went like this:
3 Rounds for time:
50 Squats
7 Muscle-ups (scale with pull ups)
10 Hang power cleans, 95 pounds (scale with 55lbs)
My time: 10:29 JELLO Legs after all those squats!!!
Food: Omelette from Roasters and Toasters - Spinach, Tomato, Onion, Bacon, Cream Cheese. Yuuuuum
