I spent the morning training people, went to the chiropractor in the afternoon, trained people some more, then worked out with the 5pm class. I haven't been snatching more than 55lbs cause that's just what felt comfortable but I went a little heavier today because I was feeling good energy and strong:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p style="color: rgb(102, 102, 204);"&gt;&lt;strong style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;WOD – 10 MIN Every Minute On the Minute:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 Power Snatches  (65lbs)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(102, 102, 204);"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;p style="color: rgb(102, 102, 204);"&gt;then, 3 rounds for time:&lt;br /&gt;4 Deadlifts  (130lbs)&lt;br /&gt;8 Toes to Bar&lt;br /&gt;16 Kettlebell Swings  (35lbs)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;5:14 was my time. RX toes to bar and kettlebell, the deadlift weight was supposed to be 200lbs for women but I'm not going over 135 anymore while I'm pregnant. Felt really good. My breathing was nice and steady and I was able to move from station to station without breaks. Also did all reps unbroken. Must be cause I ate really clean today.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(102, 102, 204);"&gt;Food Cravings:&lt;/span&gt; Primal plan has this awesome shrimp and steak with their own version of Benihana shrimp sauce. AMAZING!! so I was looking forward to that all day and had that with broccoli for lunch, cinnamon oatmeal for breakfast, and now I'm gonna go grub on a big salad for dinner. As of now I've gained about 7 or 8lbs. Today in the wod I did the first 15 pull ups unbroken then I split it up the next 2 rounds doing 7&amp;amp;8 at a time. Run felt OK... took me 12 min but it was the first time I ran in over 3 months! It's like I'm wearing a 10lb vest! Anyway, I still tried today and took forEVER on my 21 dips. The 15 &amp;amp; 9 I did on the bench.  I finished in 8:58... Then we rested 5 min and did max reps push ups. Anything with heavier cleans (like over 100lbs) I really like to do, but I haven't been doing more than 75 since I found out I'm pregnant. Number 1, everything feels heavier and makes me out of breath faster, and second I just feel like I'm still lifting heavier than most women do... I have nothing to prove right now, I just want to stay in shape.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(102, 102, 204);"&gt;Regardless I couldn't help but go up AT LEAST 10 lbs more for this WOD! So I did:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br style="color: rgb(102, 102, 204);"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(102, 102, 204);"&gt;21-15-9&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br style="color: rgb(102, 102, 204);"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(102, 102, 204);"&gt;Power Cleans  (85lbs)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br style="color: rgb(102, 102, 204);"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(102, 102, 204);"&gt;Push ups  (this was our scale for the class)&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(102, 102, 204);"&gt;Ring Dips just aren't happening right now.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;took me 8:00. Damn touch and go cleans get you out of breath fast!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I've also been working with a private client in the morning on her pull ups and when I have her do her 2 pull ups every minute on the minute, I do 5. Two days ago I did 10 EMOM while she did 2... Took a lot of breathers between rounds... people around me have to remind me when I'm in the middle of it to breathe, slow down, and just do the work.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In case anyone was wondering, I have met with two different Dr's now. The first I didn't like, but he was supportive of me doing CrossFit and said that as long as it's something I've been doing (which it is for years now), there's no reason why I should stop. I am now seeing a midwife who said the same thing and added "don't increase weight and don't workout to the point of breathlessness. Other than that, continue to do what you've been doing". Most docs nowdays promote exercise while pregnant, so you DON'T have to stop. As long as you feel good while doing it, go ahead! (Please ask your own doctor to see what they say, though).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(102, 102, 204);"&gt;Today's weird food cravings:&lt;/span&gt; Chai Latte and either French Toast or Waffles  (really?!) I substituted and went to whole foods for an almond milk chai, and got some gluten free cinnamon cookies to snack on later.
